Information you submit through our enquiry form is used solely to:
- Respond to your project enquiry
- Prepare an itemised quote for your project
- Communicate with you about your enquiry or project
We do not use your information for marketing purposes unless you specifically request ongoing communication from us. We do not add you to mailing lists without your consent.
4. How we store and protect your information
Enquiry submissions are received through Netlify Forms and stored in Netlify's infrastructure, which is based in the United States. Netlify's privacy practices are available at netlify.com/privacy. We also receive submissions by email and store project-related correspondence in standard business email systems.
Aggregate, non-personal website analytics are processed by Cloudflare, Inc. through Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare's privacy practices are available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Access to project enquiry data is limited to the person managing your enquiry.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
To prepare an accurate quote and lead time, we share only what a manufacturing partner needs to price your job, because the price and timeline come from them. We hold back identifying project and builder details where we can until you decide to proceed with a production order. We do not publish or sell your documentation, and we do not create drawings on your behalf; we quote from the drawings and specification you provide.
We may share information where required by law or legal process.

Under Australian privacy law, you have the right to:
- Request access to personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain it
