To quote accurately, we share only what a manufacturing partner needs to price your job and confirm a lead time. We hold back identifying project and builder details where we can until you decide to proceed.

Before you submit

About the quote process.

Common questions about what happens when you submit an enquiry.

Floor plans and drawings are the core requirement, even preliminary or architectural ones. We also need a scope description (which rooms and categories), a finish direction (colour palette, stone preference, hardware finish), and the number of units. The more project information you give us, the more accurate the quote. If you have detailed drawings, we can quote precisely. If you don't yet, we can work from what you have and give you an approximate price range to start with. We quote from your drawings and specification; we do not create your drawings for you.

48 hours for standard kitchen and joinery packages across residential projects. Multi-category packages covering kitchens, vanities, wardrobes and joinery across 4 or more units may take 72 hours. We confirm the timeline when we receive your enquiry.

None. The quote is free and carries no commitment. We present the numbers; you decide whether to proceed. No deposit is taken until you explicitly approve the production order.

To give you a real quote and an accurate lead time, we do share what is needed with a manufacturing partner, because the price and timeline come from them, not from us. We share only what is necessary to quote your job, and we hold back identifying project and builder details where we can until you decide to proceed. We do not produce your drawings; we quote from the drawings and specification you provide.

Yes. Single-unit comparison quotes are something we do. The economics are less compelling than a multi-unit programme, but if you want to understand the model on a smaller scale before committing, that is a reasonable starting point. Note it in the project brief and we will quote accordingly.

Specification changes are normal at the quote stage. We revise and reissue at no charge. The specification locks in only when you approve the production order. After that point, changes may affect pricing and lead time; we will advise you if that occurs.
