Before you submit

About the quote process.

Common questions about what happens when you submit an enquiry.

Floor plans are the core requirement: even preliminary or architectural drawings work. We also need a scope description (which rooms and categories), a finish direction (colour palette, stone preference, hardware finish), and the number of units. If you don't have final drawings yet, a project description and any sketch plans are enough to provide a budget indication.

48 hours for standard kitchen and joinery packages across residential projects. Multi-category packages covering kitchens, vanities, wardrobes and joinery across 4 or more units may take 72 hours. We confirm the timeline when we receive your enquiry.

None. The design and quote are free and carry no commitment. We present the numbers; you decide whether to proceed. No deposit is taken until you explicitly approve the production order.

Not at the quote stage. Plans are used internally to design and price the package. They are shared with our manufacturing partners only after you have approved the production order, and only the portions directly relevant to manufacture.

Yes. Single-unit comparison quotes are something we do. The economics are less compelling than a multi-unit programme, but if you want to understand the model on a smaller scale before committing, that is a reasonable starting point. Note it in the project brief and we will quote accordingly.

Specification changes are normal at the quote stage. We revise and reissue at no charge. The specification locks in only when you approve the production order. After that point, changes may affect pricing and lead time; we will advise you if that occurs.
